Written by Suzie Miller and directed by Neil Coppen, this Tony and Olivier Award winning play stars Danica De La Rey Jones as Tessa, a brilliant young barrister who rises from working class origins to the top of her legal career. After a brutal attack, Tessa finds herself on the other side of the legal system she once championed, forced to question everything she believed about justice. The production explores the patriarchal power of the law and how existing rules of evidence often work against victims of sexual violence.
