Violinist David Juritz.’s claim to fame was when he busked around the world in 2007 to raise funds for his South African string programme – Musequality. He is regarded as one of the most versatile violinists currently working in the UK, dividing his time between solo performances, directing, chamber music, working as guest leader with many of Britain’s finest orchestras including the London Mozart Players and the Royal Philharmonic, as well as the Zurich Chamber Orchestra, Johan Strauss Orchestra and leading his own group, the London Tango Quintet. In 2014 he initiated the All Beethoven String Quartets project with the Amici String Quartet with plans to perform all the Beethoven String Quartets over a series of visits to South Africa. He performs with fellow musicians Suzanne and Peter Martens and Karen Gaertner.
