The crew, mostly inexperienced children, becomes horrified when a pirate ship approaching a young sea-mat ros wonder what he gets if he rescues them. the captain promise gold, but he will keep his promise?
2013 is celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Royal Swedish opera composer Benjamin Britten's birth. He composed The Golden Vanity for boys ' choir and piano after an English ballad until his Aldeburghfestival in 1969. In this set from Opera House La Monnaie in Brussels, the Director Caroline Petrick created a frame that takes up issues of group dynamics, affiliation and exclusion. All participants on the stage are pupils at Adolf Fredrik's music classes. A school show for ages 10-13 years which also fits an adult audience.
