The Toxic Avenger Photos - Off-Broadway

The Stripper will run at St. James Studio from 7 July to 13 August 2016, with press night on 11 July at 8pm. Based on the pulp fiction story by Carter Brown, with music and lyrics by The Rocky Horror Show creators Richard Hartley and Richard O'Brien, The Stripper will be directed by Benji Sperring (The Toxic Avenger) with set and costume design by Tim Shortall, choreography by Lucie Pankhurst, musical direction and arrangement by Alex Beetschen and lighting design by Nick Farman. The Stripper is produced by Niall Bailey and Chris Wheeler for Scala Theatre Ltd.

Walnut Street Theatre concludes its landmark 206th season with Broadway's rockin' Tony Award-winning Best Musical, MEMPHIS. Directed and choreographed by Richard Stafford, this exhilarating musical began previews on May 12th, opens on May 20th and runs through July 12th on the WST Mainstage. The national touring production of MEMPHIS, the 2010 Tony Award-winning Best Musical, kicked off on October 16, 2011 at the Orpheum Theatre in - where else - Memphis, TN, where it played through October 23. Arena Stage begins a new life in its renovated home at the Mead Center for American Theater in Southwest D.C., opening its inaugural season with a classic American musical that similarly embraces life on a new frontier.
