Photo Coverage: BWW Visits 'THE TOXIC AVENGER' - Nicholas Rodriguez Takes A Bow
Nicholas Rodriguez, who recently joined The cast of the ABC-TV daytime soap opera "One Life To Live," set in the fictional town of Llanview, PA did double duty from July 1-19 when he spent his time in the "truly toxic" town of Tromaville, NJ in the award-winning Best New Musical The Toxic Avenger (2009 Outer Critics Circle Award for "Best New Off-Broadway Musical") while Drama Desk nominated original cast member Demond Green took a three-week break from the show.
Rodriguez has been a member of The cast of The Toxic Avenger understudying all the male roles since the show began performances at New York's New World Stages (340 W. 50th St.).
BroadwayWorld.com's cameras caught the July 19th performance as Nicholas took his well deserved bows after the show!

Diana DeGarmo, Season 3 "American Idol" runner-up and Broadway vet is returning to the New York stage where, beginning Friday, August 14th, she will assume the role of Sarah, the sexy, blind librarian in The Toxic Avenger - named the "Best New Off-Broadway Musical" by the Outer Critics Circle.
