Award-winning actress Janie Dee returns to Curve to play the title role in Artistic Director Paul Kerryson's production of Michael Stewart and Jerry Herman's Hello, Dolly! This production reunites Dee and Kerryson following their collaboration on The King and I in 2010. The production opens on Wednesday 5 December, with previews from 30 November, and runs until 12 January 2013.

Due to a severe back injury (annular tear of the L5 disc), the previously announced Lucie Arnaz will be unable to play the role of Violet in 9 TO 5: THE MUSICAL scheduled to open Tuesday, September 25, and play through Sunday, October 7. Press night is scheduled for September 26 at 7:30pm.

'I'm taking Broadway show tunes and I'm making them rock,' he said. 'It's sort of a Twisted Christmas taken to Broadway. But there are some pretty metallic moments there, I'll tell you. Sweeney Todd translates into a metal song amazingly - bass, drums, guitar - so some of the songs are really metallic, but it's a rock record. I'm doing it as a solo artist. I'm working on that.'
