Summer has once again returned to Orange County, California and with it, Segerstrom Center for the Arts' annual outdoor free-for-all movie screenings! The Center's popular FREE MOVIE MONDAYS---back for its 11th consecutive year in Costa Mesa---includes 'Breakfast at Tiffany's' on July 10, 'The Wiz' on July 17, 'Stand and Deliver' on July 24, 'Edward Scissorhands' on July 31 and, finally, 'School of Rock' on August 7.

SHN Announces Harry POTTER AND THE SORCERER'S STONE in Concert

SHN announced today that Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in Concert will be coming to Davies Symphony Hall on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 8pm and Sunday, August 13, 2017 at 1pm as part of the Harry Potter Film Concert Series. The concert will feature a live symphony orchestra performing, to picture, every note from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. Audiences can relive the magic of the entire film in high definition on a 40-foot screen while the orchestra performs every note of John Williams' unforgettable score to picture live on stage. SHN is proud to be the official ticketing partner in San Francisco.

HARRY POTTER AND THE CHAMBER OF SECRETS in Concert at NJPAC On Sale 6/2

The New Jersey Symphony Orchestra and New Jersey Performing Arts Center announce an additional performance of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets in Concert on Saturday, October 28, at 7:30 pm at NJPAC in Newark. Limited tickets are still available for the previously announced October 28 matinee at 2 pm. The NJSO will perform John Williams' unforgettable score from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, the second film in the Harry Potter franchise, while the film plays in high-definition on a giant screen.

Garden Theatre Announces 2017 Summer Movie Series

The Garden Theatre is pleased to announce the 2017 Summer Movie Series, running from June 15 through August 5 at the Garden Theatre (160 West Plant Street, Winter Garden).  This summer's line-up includes 28 feature-length films: Thursday Vintage Favorites and movie marathons as part of the new Big Screen Binge Series. The Garden's family-friendly Milk Money Movies will also be presented from June 13 through July 25 on Tuesday mornings.

2017 Orpheum Summer Movie Series Announced

Before a pop-up screening of Steven Spielberg's E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial at the Halloran Centre tonight, the Orpheum Theatre Group revealed the lineup for the 2017 Summer Movie Series. Presented by Orion Federal Credit Union for a sixth year, the series will run from June 2 to August 25 in the historic Orpheum Theatre. Tickets go on sale Friday, May 5, at 10am.

The Muny announced today 21 principal cast members for its 99th season. Full company casting will be announced throughout April. The 2017 Muny season opens with Jesus Christ Superstar followed by Disney's The Little Mermaid and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. From 'Moon River' to 'The Days of Wine and Roses' to the 'Peter Gunn Theme,' the music of Henry Mancini has helped define American film and television soundtracks for nearly five decades, and earned the legendary composer four Academy Awards, twenty Grammy Awards and numerous other honors, including a U.S. Postage Stamp.
