The 18th annual Female Eye Film Festival (FeFF) presents a special line-up of films in recognition of International Women's Day (IWD), March 5 to March 8, 2020 at the TIFF Bell Lightbox.

This spring and summer artists at Joe's Pub a?" a program and venue of The Public Theater a?" will shine a light on the breath of Latinx art. This group of artists explore music styles with roots in Mexico, Chile, Cuba, the afrolatino traditions of the Caribbean, and more. Seasoned ears will be able to discern the influence of a myriad of traditions while newbies will be granted delightful access to the nuances under the Latinx umbrella at Joe's Pub.

La MaMa in association with Allied Productions Inc. presents GENERATOR: Pestilence Part 1, the first of a three-part cycle and the most ambitious live art creation in the 35-year partnership of Jack Waters and Peter Cramer. Known for their challenging and innovative interventions in art and politics, GENERATOR is a homecoming, a return to Waters' and Cramer's theatrical roots at La MaMa where two of their earliest performance works premiered in 1987.

CMT has announced the 70th episode taping of its critically-acclaimed music series a?oeCMT Crossroads,a?? featuring global superstars Halsey & Kelsea Ballerini. The two will take the stage together for the first time ever during a special, open-to-the-public taping of a?oeCMT Crossroadsa?? at the Ascend Amphitheater in downtown Nashville on Friday, October 11. The episode will premiere on CMT in early 2020.

Audiences are getting ready to head to Skid Row this fall! As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Howard Ashman and Alan Menken's classic sci-fi musical Little Shop of Horrors is returning to New York at the Westside Theatre, with previews beginning September 17th and opening night set for October 17th. To kick off the album announcement, Starcrawler share the heavy, swinging and brutally catchy “Bet My Brains” alongside its manic and murderous music video. “That song came from thinking about the tunnel people in New York and Vegas and the Catacombs in France, and the underground village of people who live in the sewers of the L.A. According to Vulture, stage and screen couple Bobby Cannavale and Rose Byrne have their eye on their next project together. The duo will star in Euripedes's Medea at BAM this January. The play will be directed by Simon Stone.
