In honor of Artistic Director Michael Kahn's final season with the Shakespeare Theatre Company (STC), the opening show of the 2018-2019 Season, William Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors, will feature beloved performers, many of whom have been with the Company since the very beginning.

According to CBSNews.com, Alan Alda has revealed he has Parkinson's disease. In an appearance on 'CBS This Morning' Tuesday, the award-winning actor said he was diagnosed with the disease three and a half years ago. See the full clip here.

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts today announced the selection of four Honorees who will receive the 2018 Kennedy Center Honors for lifetime artistic achievements, and a special Honors distinction for a work of art and its co-creators. Recipients to be honored at the 41st annual national celebration of the arts are: singer and actress Cher, composer and pianist Philip Glass, Country music entertainer Reba McEntire, and jazz saxophonist and composer Wayne Shorter. This year, the co-creators of Hamilton-writer and actor Lin-Manuel Miranda, director Thomas Kail, choreographer Andy Blankenbuehler, and music director Alex Lacamoire-will receive a unique Kennedy Center Honors as trailblazing creators of a transformative work that defies category.

Blackpills' dramedy series “Bonding,” loosely based on the life experiences of Rightor Doyle (BARRY, YOU'RE THE WORST), who wrote, directed and executive produced the series is premiering at Outfest 2018. Zoe Levin (PALO ALTO, THE WAY WAY BACK), Brendan Scannell (“Heathers”), and Micah Stock (“Escape at Dannemora,” BRITTANY RUNS A MARATHON) star in the series. With just 30 days until kickoff of the 2018-19 Premier League season, NBC Sports Group today released its television schedule for the first two months of the season. The schedule features live coverage of all matches beginning Friday, August 10, at 2 p.m. ET on NBCSN with Premier League Live followed by Manchester United v. Leicester City at 3 p.m. ET.

SHOWTIME has announced the order for an eight-episode limited series about Fox News founder Roger Ailes, starring Academy Award® and Golden Globe winner Russell Crowe (Gladiator, A Beautiful Mind)in the title role and based upon the extensive reporting of Gabriel Sherman in New York magazine and his bestselling book, The Loudest Voice in the Room. Amazon Prime Video today announced the second season of its Prime Original series Goliath, starring Golden Globe winner Billy Bob Thornton, will return today, June 15. Thornton will reprise his role as Billy McBride who, after winning a huge verdict in the Borns Tech case, is reluctantly pulled back into the law when his friend's 16-year-old son is arrested for a double homicide. However, as Billy, Patty (Nina Arianda, Florence Foster Jenkins) and the team start to investigate what appears to be an open and shut murder case, they begin to untangle a deadly conspiracy in the seedy underbelly of Los Angeles, where drugs, real estate and politics intermingle. Once again, Billy finds himself facing a new Goliath, one that is as formidable as the city's mayoral race and as tall as the skyline itself. Thornton won the 2017 Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Drama Series for Goliath's first season.
