Performance Space New York in collaboration with Arika and the Whitney Museum of American Art presents I wanna be with you everywhere, a gathering of, by, and for disabled artists and writers and anyone who wants to join in a series of programs that refuse policies of individuation and inclusion in favor of (and in the flavor of) whatever disability aesthetics has in bodymind. Organized by Arika, Amalle Dublon, Jerron Herman, Carolyn Lazard, Park McArthur, Alice Sheppard, and Constantina Zavitsanos, the festival features performances and readings by Eli Clare, John Lee Clark, Kayla Hamilton, Johanna Hedva, Jerron Herman, Cyr e Jarelle Johnson, Camisha L. Hallelujah! The Highwood Theatre's 16th Season veers off on a joyously irreverent course in a special production of David Javerbaum's An Act of God. The story is simple: God makes a grand return to earth to answer the burning questions of mankind - how else to do that than by rewriting the Ten Commandments? Prepare to experience the unearthly funny comedy in Highwood's singularly spectacular new production. Choosing from a pool of rotating actors - from Highwood Staff, students, and Board members to special guest artists - including Broadway talent Henry Gottfried (Waitress) - audiences will vote to determine who plays God and his loyal archangels at every performance.

Jazz pianist Matt Baker returns to the Birdland stage (315 West 44th Street NYC 10036) with the world premier of a BRAND NEW project: A Rhapsody of Gershwin on Monday, March 18th at 7:00 pm. West Philadelphia professional theatre, Curio Theatre Company, announced Saturday night that it will be testing CuriosiTix: PLAY It Forward, a new ticketing initiative, for its performances of William Shakespeare's The Winter's Tale. CuriosiTix: PLAY It Forward will open Curio's doors in a more radically inclusive way to the community and remove financial barriers to theatre attendance. The London Philharmonic Orchestra today announced its 2019/20 season at Southbank Centre's Royal Festival Hall, confirming its reputation for bold, creative and distinctive programming that continues to inspire audiences on a journey of exploration and adventure. The London Philharmonic Orchestra has been performing at the Southbank Centre's Royal Festival Hall since it opened in 1951, becoming Resident Orchestra there in 1992.

Public booking for Disney and Cameron Mackintosh's new production of Mary Poppins will open at 10am GMT on 28 January 2019. The musical, based on the stories of P. L. Travers and the original film, returns to its original West End home at the Prince Edward Theatre after fifteen years. Mary Poppins will begin previews on 23 October 2019 with opening night on 13 November and initially go on sale until 29 March 2020.

WITHIN TEMPTATION — the leaders of dark anthems, with a career spanning two decades — have announced their 2019 North American tour plans. The band will embark on a tour of the U.S. and Canada this coming winter. The tour kicks off February 28 in Baltimore and runs through March 19 in Los Angeles. The trek makes several stops in Canada.

Afro-Colombian Grupo Rebolú, currently considered North America's most innovative and danceable Colombian band, is thrilled to announce the release of the first single and video from its latest album Tiempos Buenos (Better Times)on December 8. The band will be performing live at S.O.Bs, the world music venue and restaurant in the Hudson Square and SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan, with 2 sets at 8:00pm and 10:00pm. The music video releases the same day and will be available on digital platforms.

Berkeley Repertory Theatre today announced the full cast and creative team for Paradise Square: An American Musical. The world premiere is helmed by acclaimed director Moises Kaufman, with choreography by the legendary Bill T. Jones and a book by Marcus Gardley, Craig Lucas, and Larry Kirwan. Music by Jason Howland and Larry Kirwan, with lyrics by Nathan Tysen, and based on the songs of Stephen Foster. Paradise Square is produced by special arrangement with Garth H. Drabinsky in association with Peter LeDonne and Teatro Proscenium Limited Partnership.
