Denver Center for the Performing Arts' Broadway & Cabaret announce the 2020/21 season subscription shows and added attractions. On the full subscription, joining the previously announced To Kill a Mockingbird, is: 1776; Ain't Too Proud a?' The Life and Times of The Temptations; The Other Josh Cohen, produced by DCPA Cabaret; Tootsie; the Tony & Grammy Award-winning Hadestown; Pretty Woman: The Musical; and the highly anticipated, Moulin Rouge! The Musical.

The GRAMMY AWARDS Premiere Ceremony took place at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, January 26, from 12:30-3:30 p.m. PT. Preceding the 62nd Annual GRAMMY AWARDS telecast, the Premiere Ceremony was hosted by two-time GRAMMY winner and current nominee Imogen Heap and featured a number of performances by current GRAMMY nominees. Fifty years ago, A & M Records signed a sister and brother duo called the Carpenters and released their debut album Offering (later re-titled Ticket to Ride), leading the way for the pair to become one of the most successful recording acts of all time. Coinciding with the 50th Anniversary year of that monumental signing and album debut, We've Only Just Begun: Carpenters Remembered, the massively successful touring show based around the Carpenters' music and their story, is taking their behind-the-scenes portrait back on the road this fall. This run of shows begins on Thursday, October 10 at the Pawleys Island Festival of Music & Art on Pawleys Island, South Carolina and continues well into 2020.

The Broadway community mourns the loss of prolific producer, director, writer, and the individual recipient of the most Tony Awards in multiple categories in history, Harold Prince, who passed away on July 31, 2019 at age 91. LUMBERYARD today announces the September 1 grand opening of its $8.2 million, state-of-the-art center for performing arts and film in Catskill, NY, and the fall season programming that will inaugurate the new facility. Turner Classic Movies (TCM) will pay homage to the glittering world of Hollywood musicals with Mad About Musicals!, a special month of programming celebrating timeless movie musicals such as The Wizard of Oz, Singin' in the Rain and Cabaret. TCM is once again partnering with Ball State University and Canvas to offer a free online multimedia course tied to this programming special about the history of the musical genre and its evolution with cultural and technological shifts. Enrollment is open until June 17 and fans can sign up for the course at musicals.tcm.com.

ROCK 'N' ROLL REDEMPTION tells the story of rock n'roll legend Dion DiMucci's life and music, while depicting Dion's faith journey and battle with his conscience. I highly recommend this show that delivers on very deep levels.
