This is why she has been doing different shows since 1985 such as “West Side Story”, “Man of La Mancha”, “Pirates of Penzance”, “Next to Normal” or “Mamma Mia”, just to name a view.

An educator, musician, and singer, Birdwell taught musical theater and opera singing for more than six decades, serving as a professor of voice at the Bass School of Music at Oklahoma City University until her passing.
