Producers Tommy Mottola, the Dodgers, Tribeca Productions and Evamere Entertainment are pleased to announce a Rochester engagement of A BRONX TALE at RBTL's Auditorium Theatre. Rochester will be the official launch city of the North American Tour of A BRONX TALE with a limited one-week run at RBTL's Auditorium Theatre October 14-21, 2018 as part of the 2018-2019 M&T Bank Broadway Season presented by RBTL and Albert Nocciolino. A BRONX TALE, the new musical features a book by Academy Award nominee Chazz Palminteri, music by Oscar, Grammy, and Tony Award winner Alan Menken, and lyrics by Grammy Award winner and Oscar and Tony Award nominee Glenn Slater, directed by two-time Oscar winner Robert De Niro and four-time Tony Award winner Jerry Zaks, with choreography by Tony nominee Sergio Trujillo.

Subsequently adapted into an Oscar-nominated film, Sweet Charity is a modern Broadway classic following the trials and tribulations of Charity Hope Valentine (played by Trehearn).

Fasten your seat belt, it's going to be a grumpy ride! The Ogunquit Playhouse is proud to produce the U.S. premiere of the new musical-comedy, Grumpy Old Men the Musical on stage from August 8 to September 1 - just in time to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the hit film that starred Jack Lemmon, Walter Matthau and Ann-Margret. Four of Broadway's most celebrated stars will join Mark Cortale's "Broadway @ The Art House" concert series this month in Provincetown. Judy Kuhn, Tony-nominated star of "Fun Home" and Broadway's original "Les Miz" and the voice of Disney's "Pocahontas" returns to P-Town on July 15 & 16 at 7:00 PM; Adam Pascal, star of the original Broadway cast of "Rent," as well as the film version lights up the Art House stage on July 17 at 6:00 PM; Christine Ebersole, the two-time Tony Award winning star of "Grey Gardens" and "War Paint" appears on July 19 & 20 at 6:00 PM; Will Swenson, Tony nominee for the revival of 'Hair' and most recently a star of the hit musical comedy "Disaster!," performs on July 28 & 29 at 7:00 PM. The Los Angeles Philharmonic Association has announced the four conductors who will participate in the 2018/19 Dudamel Fellowship Program: Nuno Coelho, Stephen Mulligan, Elena Schwarz, and Jesus Uzcategui. Music & Artistic Director Gustavo Dudamel, together with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, created the Dudamel Fellowship Program in 2009 to provide a unique opportunity for promising young conductors from around the world to develop their craft and enrich their musical experience through personal mentorship and participation in the LA Phil's orchestral, education, and community programs.

Pittsburgh CLO's THE FULL MONTY will take it all off at the Benedum Center this summer July 6 - 15. The Geffen Playhouse today announced that it has added three directors to its upcoming 2018/2019 season, the first from new Artistic Director Matt Shakman. Tony Award nominee Michael Arden will direct Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol, adapted by and starring Tony Award winner Jefferson Mays; Obie Award winner Jo Bonney will direct the world premiere of Jose Rivera's The Untranslatable Secrets of Nikki Corona; and Obie Award-winner Robert O'Hara will direct the world premiere of Inda Craig-Galvan's Black Super Hero Magic Mama.

Over the course of a 61-year partnership, Jerry Leiber (d. 2011) and Mike Stoller created enduring classics in a variety of genres including rhythm & blues, pop, country, jazz, cabaret, and-perhaps most notably-rock & roll. Elvis Presley and the Coasters are only two of the many acts whose careers skyrocketed because of Leiber and Stoller's creative partnership.

The season begins September 21, 2018, marking the third year of programming under the leadership of Artistic Director Paul Crewes and Managing Director Rachel Fine and the sixth for the institution. Michael Nemeroff, Chairman of the Board of The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, begins the second year of his term.

As last season's closer, Geva Theatre Center's production of Million Dollar Quartet was a complete sell-out and was extended for an additional week. By popular demand, the show is back for a limited run, special production in the Elaine P. Wilson Stage from June 14 to July 8. With a book by Floyd Mutrux and Colin Escott, based on an original concept by Floyd Mutrux and inspired by the music of Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins, Million Dollar Quartet is directed by Hunter Foster.
