 PIONEER THEATRE COMPANY presents SOMETHING ROTTEN! February 25 - March 12, 2022. Something Rotten! was originally scheduled for production in the spring of 2020, and was interrupted by the pandemic. It was then scheduled for the spring of 2021, and again was postponed.

Milton Keynes Theatre has today announced its Winter/Spring 2022 season with a programme of outstanding shows, shaping next year into one of the biggest in the theatre's history.

Casting has been announced for For The Record and The Wallis’ production of LOVE ACTUALLY LIVE, the multimedia concert celebration of the beloved holiday film from Universal Pictures/Working Title, with performances from Saturday, November 27 to Friday, December 31, 2021, at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts. Broadway and television star Aaron Lazar (Fox’s Filthy Rich, Broadway’s The Last Ship, A Little Night Music, Les Misérables, and The Light in the Piazza) joins the exciting lineup of talented performers alongside singer/songwriter, musician, producer and engineer, Brian McKnight Jr., who comes from a legendary musically gifted family including famed father Brian McKnight. American Idol 4th place finalist on season 4, Anthony Fedorov, Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist actor Michael Thomas Grant, and RCA recording artist Nina Nelson, member of girl group Citizen Queen (with over 30 million music video views), also join the cast for the first time. Rounding out the group of newcomers is Cheyenne Wells who starred in the recent production of Little Shop of Horrors at Pasadena Playhouse with MJ Rodriguez.

Paper Mill Playhouse has announced auditions for the institution’s 2022 Summer Training Programs including the prestigious Summer Musical Theater Conservatory or the Musical Theater Intensive. Paper Mill Playhouse welcomes audition videos from students 10-18 years old.

West End stars Christine Allado, Kerry Ellis, John Owen-Jones, Natalie McQueen and Kayi Ushe will be joining the composing icon on stage for  FRANK & FRIENDS – The Music of Frank Wildhorn at the Cadogan Hall on Sunday 16 January 2022 at 6.30pm.

Pittsburgh CLO has announced casting for the 30th annual production of A MUSICAL CHRISTMAS CAROL, December 17-23 at the Byham Theater. This year's production, directed by Scott Evans, will feature lavish costumes, thrilling effects and a talented ensemble of both new and returning performers. Broadway & TV star Richard Thomas returns to Pittsburgh CLO to lead the cast as Ebenezer Scrooge.

This January, New York City Opera (under the direction of Michael Capasso, General Director) will produce its latest world premiere of a new American opera, Ricky Ian Gordon's THE GARDEN OF THE FINZI-CONTINIS, a co-production with the National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene (Zalmen Mlotek, Artistic Director, Dominick Balletta, Executive Director).

The musical Baby, produced by Out of the Box Theatrics, follows three couples on a university campus dealing with the painful, rewarding and unexpectedly funny consequences of pregnancy and parenthood features a book by Sybille Pearson, music by David Shire, and lyrics by Tony Award winner Richard Maltby, Jr.

Broadway’s back and Seth Rudetsky's Broadway Concert Series presented by Mark Cortale returns in 2022 as Seth dishes the dirt and raises the roof with Tony Award winners Stephanie J. Block, Santino Fontana and Laura Benanti in Lillian S. Wells Hall at The Parker.
