The Cincinnati May Festival has announced complete details for  its 150th anniversary in 2023, including programs and featured soloists for performances in April and  May 2023 and local artist and ensemble participants for its 25 for 25: A New Time for Choral Music commissioning project. 

Premiering as part of the 2022 Adelaide Film Festival, a genre-defying work of art that unites digital imagery, ceramics and sound will open at the Art Gallery of South Australia on 19 October. In WAVE, Gerry Wedd's mythic imagery is brought to life in an immersive 360-degree installation, accompanied by an evocative soundscape by Gabriella Smart and directed by Wedd, Smart and filmmaker Mark Patterson with digital production by Jumpgate VR.  

Berkeley Repertory Theatre has announced the full cast and creative team for the West Coast premiere of Emma Rice’s critically acclaimed Wuthering Heights, a reimagined version of Emily Brontë’s gothic masterpiece. Performances begin Friday, November 18 and continue through Sunday, January 1, 2023.

Invictus Theatre Founding Artistic Director Charles Askenaizer today announced full casting for the company’s season closing production of Edward Albee’s WHO’S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF?. In this four-character drama that is often as wickedly funny as it is heartbreaking, two married couples battle with their spouses and each other over an alcohol-fueled night in a small, overstuffed living room. The tension the characters feel in these close quarters will be conveyed to the audience in Askenaizer’s storefront production in the 40-seat Reginald Vaughn Theatre at 1106 W. Thorndale, Chicago. 

Eden Espinosa, Joshua Henry, and Megan Hilty will raise the roof with a program specifically curated by The Soraya which include songs from the late Stephen Sondheim’s Sunday in the Park with George and Company, plus numbers from Wicked, Hamilton, Carousel, and more.
