The 67th Music Circus season continues with Damn Yankees, one of the most enduring Broadway musicals, featuring a score by legendary composers Richard Adler and Jerry Ross, and a cast that includes a number of veterans of New York City's Broadway stages.

Six performances will be staged at the Peter Jay Sharp Theater, 416 West 42nd Street, New York City from July 19-23, 2017.

YANK! is based on the Off-Broadway hit production from 2010, with book and lyrics by American writer David Zellnik, with his brother Joseph Zellnik's musical score paying homage to the timeless music of the 1940s. The musical is directed by James Baker, and is produced by Katy Lipson for Aria Entertainment, Hope Mill Theatre, Ben Millerman with Jim Kierstead and Guy James. Milwaukee Repertory Theater announced casting for the Tony Award-winning musical Guys and Dolls in the Quadracci Powerhouse this September 19 - October 29.

Dopo gli appuntamenti in due dei teatri piu importanti della citta ("All Shook Up" al Teatro Il Celebrazioni e "Crazy For You" al Teatro Duse), il 29 giugno il Festival ha abbracciato uno scenario diverso ed originale: un tendone da circo. Il 29 giugno debuttano infatti due spettacoli di produzione BSMT, "Assassins" e "Bernarda Alba", nel tendone del MagdaClan Circo montato nel Parco di Villa Angeletti, in quella zona della citta con una pessima reputazione piu comunemente nota come Bolognina che, almeno per quattro sere, e stata piu Broadway e meno Bronx.
