Artistic Director of Sheffield Theatres Robert Hastie today announces the cast for Associate Director Javaad Alipoor's production of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest by Dale Wasserman, from the novel by Ken Kesey - Nathan Amzi (Martini), Lucy Black (Nurse Ratched), Andrew Dennis (Ruckley and Aide Turkle), Harry Egan (Aide Warren), Joel Gillman (Randle P McMurphy), Clive Hayward (Dr Spivey), Tom Hodgkins (Scanlon), Arthur Hughes (Billy Bibbitt), Melissa Johns (Candy and Nurse Flinn), Mohammed Mansaray (Aide Williams), Shaun Mason (Cheswick), Jeremy Proulx (Chief Bromden), Jack Tarlton (Harding) and Shelley Williams (Sandra and Hospital Staff).

The Menier Chocolate Factory today announces full casting for the UK premiere of Jordi Galceran's The Gronholm Method. Making his UK directorial debut, BT McNicholl directs Jonathan Cake (Frank), Greg McHugh (Carl), Laura Pitt-Pulford (Melanie) and John Gordon Sinclair (Rick). The production opens on 22 May, with previews from 10 May, and runs until 7 July.

Theater Resources Unlimited (TRU) announces the 2018 Bootcamp Weekend Intensive for Showcase Producing on Saturday, April 28, 2018 & Sunday, April 29, 2018 from 10am - 6pm at Nola Studios, 244 W. 54th Street, 5th floor. Director and playwright Stan Zimmerman has found his quartet of actors for his new comedy Knife to the Heart, co-written with Christian McLaughlin. The show will play a limited run of 3 WEEKS ONLY for 9 performances (May 4-20) at the Dorie Theatre, part of The Complex on LA's famed Theatre Row (6476 Santa Monica Blvd, LA CA 90038). Show times are Friday and Saturday at 8pm and Sunday at 3pm. The cast includes Chelsea Kane ('Baby Daddy'), Todd Sherry ('Parks & Recreation'), Josh Zuckerman (A Delicate Ship) and four-time Emmy-nominee Patricia Richardson ('Home Improvement'). Due to demand, The New Group has announced a three-week extension for Jerry Springer - The Opera, with Matt McGrath appearing as Jerry Springer beginning March 13.  Terrence Mann, currently appearing in the role of Jerry Springer, plays his final performance March 11 due to an existing commitment beyond that date.

Retro Productions, who was recently awarded the prestigious Caffe Cino Fellowship Award at the New York Innovative Theatre Awards (NYIT), follows up their hit 2017 season with the World Premiere of Gina Femia's play, We Are A Masterpiece. The production is directed by Retro company member, DeLisa M. White. We Are A Masterpiece runs April 7 - 21 at the 14th Street Y.

Symphonie Fantastique - the singular creation by designer, director, master puppeteer, and MacArthur "Genius" Basil Twist - returns to its original home at HERE in a 20th anniversary production for 12 weeks only, March 29-June 17. Set to Hector Berlioz's revolutionary 1830 score, Symphonie Fantastique, for the first time in New York, features live piano accompaniment by Christopher O'Riley. Hailed as a creative masterpiece when it debuted in 1998, the production is set to open on April 4 and a presentation from HERE's Dream Music Puppetry Program and a centerpiece of HERE's 25th anniversary season.

Windy City Playhouse announces an expansion in programming with a world-premiere immersive theatrical production, Southern Gothic, premiering February 7, 2017 in an open-ended engagement. Written by Leslie Liautaud and directed by David H. Bell, Southern Gothic gives audiences the opportunity to be a fly on the wall at a cocktail party in Ashford, Georgia in the 1960s where four couples gather together to celebrate a birthday.
