The 2018 season continues with the Broadway At Music Circus premiere of the mega-hit musical comedy Mamma Mia!, which has been seen by millions of people worldwide and launched two enormously popular movies. The plot involves a woman who, on the eve of her wedding, attempts to discover the identity of her father by bringing three men from her mother's past back to an island paradise. Featuring more than 20 hit songs by pop super-group ABBA, including "Dancing Queen," "Take a Chance on Me," "The Name of the Game" and "The Winner Takes It All," this high-spirited, feel-good international sensation has audiences singing and dancing in the aisles. Performances of Mamma Mia! are Today, August 7 through Sunday, August 12 at the Wells Fargo Pavilion. Ticket availability for the show is extremely limited due to high demand.

Tony Award-winning director Richard Maltby, Jr. will be directing a limited engagement run of LOVE, LINDA, the stunning, one-woman tour de force musical and theatrical adventure starring acclaimed vocalist and musical theater actress Stevie Holland October 17th - November 10th at the Triad Theater, 158 West 72nd Street. The production features a book by Stevie Holland with Gary William Friedman and music and lyrics by Cole Porter.

DUSK DANCES Proudly Presents Its 24TH Annual Season. Dusk Dances is a renowned and beloved outdoor dance festival presented at Withrow Park each August. This year, for the very first time, a Guest Curator was invited to program the Withrow Park event: Michael Caldwell. Dusk Dances 2018 features some of Canada's top choreographers and dancers, including Peter Chin, Allison Toffan Carmen Romero, Karissa Barry, and Tina Fushell, in a diverse program of dance featuring contemporary, flamenco, tap, Bharatanatyam, and West African forms and styles.

Mi era capitato qualche giorno fa di imbattermi nel trailer di uno spettacolo - firmato da Tiziano Puritani e Francesco Ricci - intitolato "Dante Inferno". Nonostante la scelta del soggetto non mi entusiasmasse particolarmente, avevo deciso di dare un'occhiata e quello che avevo visto non mi era sembrato affatto malaccio. I testi (dal poco che ero riuscito a sentire) facevano la loro porca figura, le musiche erano dotate di un certo spessore e la componete visiva era degna di quella che avevo visto in spettacoli dal budget molto piu alto.

This will be just the third time the Bernstein masterpiece has been produced at Music Circus, and its first appearance in the Wells Fargo Pavilion; previous Music Circus productions were in 1955 and 1961. Performances of On The Town are Tuesday, July 11 through Sunday, July 16 at the Wells Fargo Pavilion.
