The Met has announced the Week 9 schedule for its Nightly Met Opera Streams, a free series of encore Live in HD presentations streamed on the company website during the coronavirus closure.

Feinstein's/54 Below has added shows to #54BelowatHome, a series of streamed performances to provide theater fans everywhere with artistic content from their favorite artists.

SPAMILTON: An American Parody tour launched in December 2018 and has been playing several multi-week engagements, hip-hopping around the country. We're bringing the laughter to San Antonio, TX for performances at the Charline McCombs Empire Theatre (226 N. St. Mary's St.) January 14 - 26, 2020. Tickets go on sale Friday December 6th 10:00 AM.

Harvey Sabinson, one of Broadway's legendary press agents, and former long-time executive director of The Broadway League, died on April 18, 2019 of natural causes at his residence in Sarasota, Florida. He was 94 years old.

Schimmel Center at Pace University continues its 2018-19 Dance Series with the return of Battery Dance on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 7:30pm. Commonwealth Shakespeare Company and Founding Artistic Director Steven Maler announced the cast of the second production of its 2018-19 Season: Birdy, adapted by Naomi Wallace from the novel by William Wharton, and directed by Steven Maler. The production runs February 27 through March 10 at the Carling-Sorenson Theater at Babson College in Wellesley.

The critically praised and award-winning LGBTQ themed films The Cakemaker and Family in Transition will each screen at the 32nd Israel Film Festival in Los Angeles, taking place November 6th – 20th. He'll return, by popular demand, to Don't Tell Mama on September 16th at 7pm for an encore performance. If you want to attend, reservations are essential.
