Producers Work Light Productions (RENT, Mamma Mia!, Motown The Musical) and The Araca Group (Urinetown, Wicked), in association with Aged in Wood and Michael Barra, today announced that a stage production of the murder mystery comedy thriller CLUE will tour North America beginning in the fall of 2018.

AN AMERICAN IN PARIS, the most awarded new musical of 2015 and winner of four Tony Awards, will open in Pittsburgh on May 30 for a two-week engagement at the Benedum Center May 30 - June 11.

The Cooperstown Summer Music Festival begins its 19th season with a Concert for Spring featuring the Brahms' Horn Trio on Sunday, May 7 at 4:00 pm at the Otesaga Resort Hotel, 60 Lake Street, Cooperstown. Gilbert Kalish, piano; Carmit Zori, violin; Eric Reed, horn; and Linda Chesis, the Festival's artistic director, founder and flutist, will perform.  The concert program is Beethoven:  Violin Sonata No. 6 in A Major, Op. 30, No. 1

What started as a 1997 animated movie with music by composers Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens is now a full-blown Broadway musical that's been twenty years in the making. It was announced today that artistic director of Graeae (the UK's leading disabled led theatre company), Jenny Sealey MBE and acclaimed theatre director and associate director of the 2012 London Olympics opening ceremony, Paulette Randall MBE will join former James Bond Pierce Brosnan OBE and The Kumars at No 42 star Sanjeev Bhaskar OBE as patrons of the legendary South London arts centre Ovalhouse. Together they will front the campaign to raise funds for the venue's new home in Brixton, which is expected to open in 2019.

This fall Lincoln Center Theater, in association with The Araca Group, will produce Pulitzer Prize winner Ayad Akhtar's new play JUNK, directed by Doug Hughes. The production will begin previews Thursday, September 14 and open on Thursday, October 12 at the Vivian Beaumont Theater (150 West 65 Street).

CINDERELLA, written by Rodgers and Hammerstein, was created for a CBS TV premiere in 1957 and as a vehicle for Julie Andrews. The broadcast was viewed by more than 100 million people, my family being four of them.
