Los Angeles-based Beauty in Chaos have announced their impending vinyl release of their debut album 'Finding Beauty in Chaos'. Slated for November 30, 33.3 Music Collective will be offering almost 80 minutes of music, curated by guitarist Michael Ciravolo on deluxe CD and limited-edition heavy weight, colored vinyl. Ahead of that, they present their new single 'Look Up' feat.Tish Ciravolo. The accompanying video was produced by Industrialism Films and directed by Vicente Cordero.

Musical theater actor and Award-winning New York Cabaret performer Rosemary Loar is bringing her original musical SPOOLIE GIRL to the Actors Temple Theatre (339 W 47th St, New York) for a nine-show run from October 17-27. Loar, who wrote the music and lyrics, and co-wrote the book with her late husband Robert Atwood, calls the show “a family-friendly fractured rock fairy tale.” SPOOLIE GIRL is a suddenly orphaned eco-friendly teenager from Kenya who comes to New York City. Wearing magical curlers called “spoolies” in her hair, she is able to read people's thoughts as songs, while navigating a world consisting of her narcissistic, fashionista Aunt, a Fairy Godmother (but way hipper), and a quirky neighbor who walks an invisible dog. And that's her support group. Along with Loar, the cast features Loar, Claire Lilley, and Michiko Sasaki.

Madison Square Park Conservancy announces its thirty-sixth exhibition, Delirious Matter by artist Diana Al-Hadid. Six new sculptures are installed across Madison Square Park's central Oval Lawn, peripheral lawns, and northern reflecting pool. Delirious Matter is the artist's first major public art project. In honor of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, the bellydancers and fire performers of Raks Inferno are teaming up with singer-songwriter Dawn Xiana Moon to present a celebration of Asian-Americans in the performing arts: The one-night cabaret show will feature live firespinning and bellydance at Uptown Underground on Thursday, May 3 from Chicago-based dancers who have performed all over the world, as well as premiere Moon's latest music video, an original arrangement of a traditional Chinese folk song.
