This spirited show recreates one of the famous “Summit at the Sands” nights when swingin’, ring-a-ding group known as “The Rat Pack” was creating hipster legend with a free-wheeling, no-holds-barred nightclub act starring Vegas’ four favorite sons: Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis, Jr., Dean Martin and Joey Bishop. Produced by Dick Feeney, THE RAT PACK IS BACK features uncanny vocal recreations, unbridled humor, and a hot, live 12-piece orchestra that sends audiences straight back to the coolest time in history.
On Sunday, March 15, 2020, Michael Holmes finished another sold-out performance of the signature “The Judy Show!” at Palm Springs’ Purple Room Supper Club — according to legend the first place “The Rat Pack” of Sinatra fame first performed. Little did Holmes realize his makeup jar would stay closed for 18 COVID enforced months. Now, assisted by a successful GoFundMe campaign fueled by fans from around the world, Holmes and a full season of internationally renowned performers will relaunch the famous and acclaimed venue beginning August 31 including two performances by the incredible Sam Harris on September 3 and 4.

Leave it to lounge singers on board to save the day by teaching the communists to put down their Kalashnikovs and pick up singing, dancing, and comedy. The war is cold but the numbers are hot in this show with score and lyrics by Douglas J. Cohen, music direction by Fred Lassen. This is the second installment of the new PRINCETON POPS series, a collaboration of the Princeton Symphony Orchestra and McCarter Theatre Centre at McCarter's Matthews Theatre.
