RCT: Professional Theatre for Schools & Families aims to shed light on this issue and offer strategies for safety through their upcoming production of THE FAKES. This production is part of the RCT4TEENS series, with public performances of THE FAKES being held on February 27 and 28, 2020. Performances will be held at the Jefferson Center Black Box Theatre/Fostek Hall (541 Luck Avenue SW).

3-D Theatricals concludes its 10th Anniversary season with the Tony Award®-winning musical comedy, SHREK The Musical, directed and choreographed by David F.M. Vaughn. SHREK The Musical, featuring music by Tony Award-winner Jeanine Tesori, and book and lyrics by Pulitzer Prize-winner David Lindsay-Abaire, will play August 9-25, 2019 at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts (18000 Park Plaza Drive, Cerritos, CA). Opening night is Saturday, August 10.

The Charleston Light Opera Guild (CLOG) is currently hard at work preparing for their upcoming production of Shrek the Musical, based on the wildly popular Shrek film series. The play a?' which opened in 2008 on Broadway and features a book and lyrics by David Lindsay-Abaire and music by Jeanine Tesori - follows essentially the same story as the first Shrek movie, albeit with the incorporation of multiple musical numbers and a few expanded set pieces.

Australia's leading theatre producer John Frost today announced that the Broadway smash hit SHREK The Musical Is Coming To Australia. This lavish and fun multi-million dollar musical will open at the Sydney Lyric Theatre, The Star in early January 2020, followed by seasons at Her Majesty's Theatre, Melbourne and the Lyric Theatre, Brisbane.

It will be a Big, Bright, Beautiful World June 8 and 9, as Our Lady of Mercy School, in partnership with Rhode Island Youth Theatre, proudly brings Shrek, Jr to the stage. This musical adventure features over 50 local students in grades 1-8.

PATABS (Pennsylvania Theatrical Arts by Brittany Stevens) will be presenting 'SHREK, THE MUSICAL' at the Eichelberger Performing Arts Center in Hanover, PA this May.  The 5th Avenue Theatre has announced an incredible six-show lineup for its 201920 season. First, The 5th will stage a lavish production of Austen's Pride, A New Musical of Pride and Prejudice. For the holidays, The 5th will create a brand new staging of Shrek The Musical, which premiered at The 5th in 2008. The New Year kicks off with Stu for Silverton, which continues its developmental journey as a part of The 5th's New Musical Development Program. Next comes a joyful 5th Avenue Theatre original production of Sister Act, followed by an exclusive, limited two-week engagement of Once On This Island. The season will close with an original staging of the epic masterpiece, Evita. Additionally, The 5th will host a one-week run of the national tour of Jersey Boys.
