Much Ado about Nothing is one of Shakespeare’s wittiest romantic comedies. Filled with clever repartee and rambunctious slapstick, it explores the many ways that humans can find their destined soulmates – and also how jealousy, gossip and betrayal can twist the noblest of feelings. Annie Lareau is the co-artistic director of Seattle Public Theatre, where this season she is directing Vanishing Point. Annie has directed many productions for Cornish, including Nine, Wild Kate, The Children’s Hour and A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
