Hamlet at The Fern Shakespeare Company

The Fern Shakespeare Company presents, as part of The Seattle Celebrates Shakespeare Festival, William Shakespeare’s most famous play: Hamlet, The Tragedy of The Prince of Denmark.

The secret midnight utterings of a Kingly Ghost will set events in motion that seal the tragic fate of Denmark’s royal family. Hamlet grapples with his mind and heart as he tries to make sense of it all and answer the most famous question in history.

In The Fern’s Season of Pursuit, Hamlet is driven to pursue the truth and to avenge a crime that may or may not be a product of his own imagining.

Grand in scope, intimate in performance, rich in language, this classic story of a haunting, both literal and metaphorical, illustrates why Hamlet is truly ranked among Shakespeare’s masterpieces.

Hamlet will be performed at The Slate Theatre, 815 Seattle Blvd S, Inside the Inscape Arts building (The Old Immigration Building)

There is Parking behind the building, parking on/near 6th Street, and is accessible by Public Transit.  We suggest using Parkpopedia to find a great parking space.
