Fussy Cloud Puppet Slam Vol 30: Monster of the Week: Resurrection at Theatre off Jackson

After clawing its way into our audience's nightmares and puppet-loving hearts, Monster of the Week refused to stay buried. Seattle’s favorite puppet variety show, Fussy Cloud Puppet Slam, returns with Volume 30: Monster of the Week: Resurrection. 

For two nights only, ten puppet acts from across the Pacific Northwest (and beyond!) explore the classic “monster of the week” trope using a wild variety of puppet styles, including tabletop, shadow, toy theatre, cardboard, hand and rod, crankies, and object manipulation. Audiences can expect the strange, the spooky, and the surprisingly heartfelt: a man made of moths struggles to hide this from his spouse, an old woman melts down into a terrifying blob, and Mungo returns to the heart of darkness to battle the American empire! 

Hosting the night once again is the glamorous and unpredictable Tootsie Spangles, our fan-favorite chaos agent and master of ceremonies, who guides the audience with charm and questionable life advice. The rest of our Creature Feature cast includes:
