Goodbye Dandelion is a storytelling and live music show written and performed by real-life siblings Maddie Rice and Marcus Rice, exploring life, loss, and unexpected human connection. The show follows the final years of 87-year-old Darcy through the eyes of a new friend bound by a 50-year age gap, blending vivid storytelling with a live piano score. Directed by Katie Pesskin and produced by Charlotte Pleasants, the piece balances humour and heartbreak with precision and charm. The show is the recipient of the inaugural Underbelly Futures Fund Award.
