TRUTH WARRIOR NETWORK...LIVE! to Make Edinburgh Fringe Debut
Written by Jax Pratt and directed by Neha Hemachandra, the show explores MKUltra and Cold War chaos.
Truth Warrior Network...LIVE! is one hour of comedic conspiracy‑theatre, Cold War chaos, and psychedelic cowboy LSD fever dreams- all hiding inside the late-night show THEY don't want you to watch. Hosted by Andy Payne, the man bringing THE PAIN to the global elite lizard empire. He's been banned from every website and television network so now he performs LIVE on stage (from his grandma's basement). His show is complete with dance numbers, merch giveaways, information on intergalactic lizard communist plots, and the real declassified conspiracy that started it all: MKUltra. Performances will run 7-15 August 2026.
Performed in English and Korean, Truth Warrior Network...LIVE! bounces from Andy Payne's modern-day interactive conspiracy talk show to 1952 Seoul, where a drunken Colonel Albert Payne is losing the Korean War. Enlisting the help of sharp‑tongued British‑Korean interpreter George Yoon and a mythic guerilla named Hercules, the Colonel stumbles into reckless covert operations and brainwashing experiments powered by LSD.
Born from research into performing conspiracy and dramatising the archival record, Truth Warrior Network...LIVE! is loosely built on the true history of MKUltra, modern-day conspiracy shows and the gap between conspiracies and truth. Colonel Payne is modelled on a spectacularly incompetent CIA station chief running Seoul in 1952, and the first people the Agency ever dosed with psychedelics were suspected Korean double agents long before the hippies of San Francisco.
Written by Jax Pratt, directed by Neha Hemachandra, assistant directed by Abrah Ophelia Katzman and performed by Jax Pratt, Peter No, Soon Kwon and Sam Evans- Little Green Men make their Fringe debut after a sold-out run at Camden Fringe last year.
