Local Playwright Lynne Kaufman celebrates the publication of her new novel, Divine Madness, adapted from her play of the same name, bringing to life the tumultuous relationship of writer Elizabeth Hardwick and poet Robert Lowell, who betrayed her in love and literature.The event includes a copy of the novel, a dramatic reading by esteemed local actors Julia McNeal and Charles Shaw Robinson as Hardwick and Lowell, a panel discussion with the author and the actors, and a wine reception. Tickets available for $20 on The Magic Theatre's website.
