In Doublewide, where the population is growing, a menacing corporate presence from Austin threatens the town’s way of life. Mayor Joveeta Crumpler sounds the alarm, but her concerns go largely unheard. Meanwhile, her mother, Caprice, is too self-absorbed with her local celebrity status to notice the danger.
