The Theatre & Justice Convening, hosted by Wasatch Theatre Company, is a two-day event dedicated to exploring the link between performance, activism, and social justice, taking place on August 23-24, 2025. Highlighting influential figures such as Dr. Candace Christensen and RJ Walker, the event features keynote addresses, workshops, staged readings, and performances, including a reading by the WTC Ensemble of books banned by the Utah State Board of Education. This gathering aims to foster dialogue and community engagement through the power of the arts.
