42ND STREET "Shuffle off to Buffalo" with this lavish, singing and dancing extravaganza! 42nd Street is the winner of multiple Tony awards and a two time winner for Best Musical of 1980 and 2001. "The Lullabye of Broadway , " "You're Getting to be a Habit With Me ," " Young and Healthy , " and " Shuffle off to Buffalo ," are just a few of the fabulous songs in this famous score! Based on the classic 1933 movie musical of the same name, 42nd Street tells the intriguing show-biz story of a star-stuck young chorus girl who gets her big break in a new Broadway Musical. Brimming with dazzling production numbers and tap dancing galore, this is one of the greatest musicals of all time! 9/24/09 - 11/29/09 and resuming 12/30/09 - 2/6/10

NINE book by Arthur Kopit and music and lyrics by Maury Yeston.
NINE is based on Italian director Federico Fellini's classic film 8 1/2. Set in early 1960s Venice, the wonderful musical follows a celebrated Film director, Guido Contini, who is suffering from a mid-life crisis and an artistic mentAl Block . He runs off to Venice, pursued by a bevy of women all clamoring for his love and attention. In the end only the past is able save him. Intriguing flashbacks, sexy song-and-dance numbers, and Fellini-esque romance punctuate this production. The score by Maury Yeston , of PHANTOM fame, is filled with haunting melodies and musically and vocally challenging ensemble singing. The original 1982 musical won five Tony Awards including best musical and best original score. A 2003 revival of the musical won two Tony Awards. Nine is also being turned into a major motion picture starring Daniel Day-Lewis, Penélope Cruz, Dame Judy Dench, Nicole Kidman, Kate Hudson, and Sophia Loren. February 18 - April 24, 2010

SUGAR, The "Some Like It Hot "Musical Music by Jule Styne, Lyrics by Bob Merrill, Book by Peter Stone
Based on the Billy Wilder film "Some Like It Hot," SUGAR chronicles the zany lives of two musicians, of the prohibition era, who witness a gang slaying. Forced to disguise themselves as women, they join an all-female orchestra, and the games begin! Memorable musical numbers include Penniless Bums, The Beauty That Drives Men Mad, We Could Be Close, Doin' It for Sugar, What Do You Give (To a Man Who Has Everything?), Beautiful Through and Through and November Song. This lavish show is both outrageous and touching.
The musical won four Tony Awards in 1973, including Best Musical. April 29 - July 3, 2010

RENT Music, Lyrics and book by Jonathan Larson.
Based on Puccini's La Bohème. The show revolves around a group of impoverished young artists and musicians struggling to survive in New York's Lower East Side during the thriving days of Bohemian Alphabet City, under the shadow of AIDS. The characters are diverse and complex, leading far-from-perfect lives, and their stories are engaging, moving, and, ultimately, uplifting. The rock musical becomes a celebration of life and the heroic struggle to survive. It garnered all the major theatre awards of 1996 including the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, the Obie Award, the New York Drama Critics Circle Award, four Tony Awards and three Drama Desk Awards. Notable songs include, Rent; Seasons of Love; I'll Cover You; La Vie Boheme; Out Tonight". August 5 - September 25, 2010

JEKYLL & HYDE Music by Steve Cudon and Frank Wildhorn and Book and Lyrics by Leslie Bricusse
An evocative tale of the epic battle between good and evil, "Jekyll & Hyde" is based on Robert Louis Stevenson's classic story about a brilliant doctor whose experiments with human personality create a murderous counterpart. Convinced the cure for his father's mental illness lies in the separation of Man's evil nature from his good, Dr. Henry Jekyll unwittingly unleashes his own dark side, wreaking havoc in the streets of late 19th century London as the savage, maniacal Edward Hyde. This gothic Musical Thriller is filled with surprises and suspense, the music is powerful and beautiful, with memorable ballads such as "This is The Moment" and "Someone Like You". September 30 - November 28, 2010 and December 29, 2010 - February 12, 2011
