Within the cabins are three patients: Joe, Brian and Felicity, whose families have joined them as they have reached the end of their treatment. They have agreed to live within the hospital grounds and be interviewed by a psychiatrist. Powerful and moving, The Shadow Box explores themes of family, loyalty, love, life and death with sensitivity, humor and keen intelligence.
