About the Album: The origins of the cello date back some 400 years when the instrument was used in a supportive manner in orchestras of that time. Since then , the cello has gone through many changes bringing it into high prominence today. Not only as an accompanying instrument, but as a solo instrument as well The Cello Syndicate is a group of four outstanding cellists from the Los Angeles area who, through this recording , have extended the celo's versatility even further.
