HART Theatre will host the 2025 Fertile Ground Festival from April 5 to April 20, showcasing original works from local playwrights. As the only producing venue in Hillsboro, HART aims to engage the community by presenting new narratives through various formats such as table readings and fully produced performances. Supported by the Hillsboro Community Foundation, this festival offers a platform for emerging artists to share their creativity and connect with audiences. Submissions for new and original scripts are currently open, emphasizing HART's commitment to fostering local talent.
