Symphony on Ice returns for its 21st year, combining the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra with figure skating performances by professional and amateur skating groups, including the Wheeling Skate Club. High school students from across the Ohio Valley join the Wheeling Symphony Chorus to form the Festival Choir for this holiday extravaganza.
