There is a revolution happening on Broadway! Roundabout Theatre Company and the American Repertory Theater's new Broadway production of 1776, directed by Jeffrey L. The cast of 1776 appeared on Good Morning America to perform 'Sit Down, John.' The performance included Crystal Lucas-Perry as 'John Adams,' Gisela Adisa as 'Robert Livingston,' Nancy Anderson as 'George Read,' Becca Ayers as 'Col. Set to the chart-topping hits of the King of Rock 'n' Roll, himself, Elvis Presley, and based on Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, All Shook Up follows the story of Natalie, a tomboy mechanic with a longing heart, and Chad, a mysterious, hip-swiveling roustabout who is new to town and ready to shake things up. Set in the 1950s, and filled with secret crushes, hysterical shenanigans and matters of the heart, this is one Muny production that promises to have the entire family dancing in their 'Blue Suede Shoes.'

On May 15, Broadway Records released the original cast recording of the Broadway musical, LYSISTRATA JONES, featuring music and lyrics by Lewis Flinn and book by Tony Award nominee Douglas Carter Beane. To celebrate the album release, last night, April 9, the company reunited at Joe's Pub for a special concert. BroadwayWorld was there and brings you a sneak peek of the fun below!
