A Turtle on a Fence Post, a new musical comedy, is currently playing at the newly renamed Theater 555 (555 W. 42nd Street) with opening night set for November 14.

 The original Broadway and London casts of The Drowsy Chaperone have reunited in song for a virtual fundraiser! The performers came together to sing 'As We Stumble Along (Reprise)'.

This week marks the thirteenth anniversary of the opening night of the Tony Award-winning musical The Drowsy Chaperone at Broadway's Marquis Theatre! To celebrate the occasion, we're throwing it back to the show's opening night featuring Broadway favorites including Sutton Foster and 2019 Tony Award nominee Beth Leavel. We got Gettin' The Band Back Together- BACK TOGETHER at Broadway Sessions recently.  Cast members reunited to tell stories from the show and perform music they love to sing. There were Bon Jovi shout outs a plenty, and laughs galore, just like GTBBT! Cast members Mitchell Jarvis, Garth Kravits, Noa Solorio, Becca Kotte, Ian Ward, Lindsey Brett Carothers, Scott Foster and special guests Eugene Ebner and Jocelin Weiss blew the roof off the joint! The cast even treated the audience to our signature "Sloppy Plot Synopses", so if you missed the show, now you can know just what you missed ;)

The band is getting back together! Gettin' The Band Back Together, the upcoming new Broadway musical comedy, which is directed by Tony Award winner John Rando and choreographed by Chris Bailey, will begin preview performances on July 19 at the Belasco Theatre (111 W 44th Street) with the official opening set for August 13.

Broadway vet Garth Kravits has assembled an all star lineup to create the fictional Doo Wop group The Showtones, to commemorate and tribute the Best Musical Nominees for the 2016 Tony Awards. Check it out below!

Ebony Jo-Ann, a 'Blackgold' acclaimed Blues vocalist, multiple award winning Broadway, film and television actress, and social activist, is in residence during the month of April at Ashford & Simpson's Sugar Bar, 254 W. 72nd St. in New York, for the first time since 2011, to reprise Nuttin' But the Blues, the Sugar Bar's weekly Blues series, which she co-created with the late Nick Ashford.
