You can now get a first look at production photos and a first-look clip of “Sit Down, John” ahead of 1776’s opening night this weekend at Paper Mill Playhouse. The production runs through early May.

The John W. Engeman Theater announces the cast and creative team for SUNSET BOULEVARD. Performances began on Thursday, September 12 and run through Sunday, October 27, 2019.

Broadway Sessions went wild with the cast of Desperate Measures! Cast members Lauren Molina (Bella), Gary Maracheck (Father Morse), Sarah Parnicky (Sister Mary Jo), Nick Wyman (Governor), William Thomas Evans, Bryant Martin, and CJ Eldred joined us for a hootenanny of a night and hilarity ensued. Ragtime, based on E.L. Doctorow's 1975 novel and featuring a book by Terrence McNally, music by Stephen Flaherty, and lyrics by Lynn Ahrens will run June 13 - July 1 on the Main Stage at the Labuda Center for the Performing Arts on the campus of DeSales University.

Maine State Music Theatre and Portland Stage have joined forces for the second year to present a co-production at Portland Stage of THE ALL NIGHT STRUT.  This classy, swinging, moving soundtrack of the 1930s, 40s, and 50s offers a nostalgic step back into time with beloved songs of the Depression, WWII, and post war America, performed by Curt Dale Clark, Missy Dowse, Bryant Martin, and Esther Stilwell. Ed Reichert at the piano leads the band in this lively, warm, funny, and musically memorable evening.

Recently the NYMF production of DEPLOYED the musical gave fans a sneak peek into their rehearsal process. With a soaring pop rock score and set against the epic backdrop of a military base in Baghdad, DEPLOYED follows Emily's emotional journey. Our heroine develops an unlikely friendship with her interpreter, Laila, as she trains Iraqi women. Laila teaches Emily to appreciate others' suffering and to realize the enemy she's fighting is herself. When Emily finally lets go of her inner demons, a secret from the past comes back to wreak its revenge. They cannot forget...but can they forgive?

DEPLOYED the Musical is set to open at The Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre on July 16 as part of the New York Musical Theatre Festival, and here's a glimpse of the actors in the rehearsal studio in the final stages of production. Watch the video below!
