Hennepin Theatre Trust announces the 2024-2025 Bank of America Broadway on Hennepin season. Find out the exciting lineup of shows coming to Minneapolis. The lineup includes seven Minnesota premieres and four returning favorites, highlighted by recently announced pre-Broadway world premiere of Purple Rain at the historic State Theatre in 2025.

Netflix has added the additions of five recurring cast members joining No Good Deed, creator and executive producer Liz Feldman’s upcoming dark comedy series. Previously announced cast includes Lisa Kudrow, Ray Romano, Linda Cardellini, Luke Wilson, Teyonah Parris, O-T Fagbenle, Abbi Jacobson, Poppy Liu and Dennis Leary.

Richarda Abrams' new play, 'Big Mama and Me,' explores the intergenerational relationship between a grandmother and granddaughter. Set in the South and Midwest, the play tells the story of Big Mama, a patented inventor and accomplished composer, and the impact she had on those around her. Presented by RPR Productions, the world premiere runs from March 6-9 at the Episcopal Actors Guild in NYC. Featuring music direction by Amina Claudine Myers and co-production by Peggy Abrams.
