Door Shakespeare Announces Pre-Show Gatherings SHAKE IT UP SATURDAY

The Guthrie Theater in co-production with Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, presents the world premiere of Shane by Karen Zacarías, adapted from the novel by Jack Schaefer and directed by Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park Artistic Director Blake Robison. Co-commissioned by the Guthrie and Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park in 2021, Shane will play July 15 – August 27, 2023, on the McGuire Proscenium Stage.

The final performance in London will be on 9 December. In autumn 2024 the production will transfer to The Shed’s Griffin Theater in New York.
