The genius of Stephen Sondheim is on display in Huntington Theatre Company's production of A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC, and Artistic Director Peter DuBois casts a vast array of local actors with a few Broadway veterans for a luminous spectacle. Emmy Award nominated actress and Grammy Award winner Kathy Brier ('One Life To Live'; 'Boardwalk Empire'; Broadway's Hairspray), Wicked star Christine Dwyer, Wendi Bergamini (Doctor Zhivago; Promises, Promises), Jennifer Fouche ('Smash'; Sistas the musical), and Elyssa Mactas (Mean the musical) complete the cast of Tim Realbuto's June 9th Marc Shaiman/Scott Wittman tribute concert.

The new Broadway musical Doctor Zhivago, which opened at the Broadway Theatre on April 21st, 2015, recorded its cast album on Thursday, May 28th. Authors include composer Lucy Simon (The Secret Garden), lyricists Michael Korie (Grey Gardens) and Amy Powers (the two multi-platinum Sunset Boulevard hits) and book writer Michael Weller (screenwriter for Hair and Ragtime). The new musical DOCTOR ZHIVAGO will play its final performance at the Broadway Theatre (1681 Broadway), Sunday May 10, 2015. DOCTOR ZHIVAGO will have played 26 preview and 23 regular performances.
