Gravitas Ventures acquired drama/thriller BREAK for worldwide distribution and has set a spring 2024 theatrical release date.

Audiences can celebrate the holiday season a little early as Food Network and HGTV have set linear premiere dates for five scripted holiday features this December. Following their debut on streaming platform discovery+, A Christmas Open House with Ben and Erin Napier  and Designing Christmas with Hilary Farr will both air on HGTV.

The films were created to appeal to passionate Food Network and HGTV fans who love holiday content. Several of the networks’ biggest fan-favorite personalities -- Ben and Erin Napier, Bobby Flay, Hilary Farr and Duff Goldman -- as well as a slate of popular actors, will bring holiday movie magic to life in each scripted feature.

Food Network and HGTV have wrapped production on four all-new holiday features that include cameos from top network talent including Ben and Erin Napier, Bobby Flay, Duff Goldman, and Hilary Farr. Food Network debuted its first-ever scripted feature, Candy Coated Christmas with Ree Drummond last November.

This spring, ABC turns up the romance with the compelling new modern-day fairy tale 'The Baker and the Beauty' premiering MONDAY, APRIL 13 (10:00-11:00 p.m. EDT), following the premiere of the all-new Bachelor Nation series, 'The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart.'

Sean Carvajal has joined the Signature Theatre production of Jesus Hopped the 'A' Train, by Pulitzer Prize-winner Stephen Adly Guirgis and directed by Obie Award-winner Mark Brokaw. Mr. Carvajal assumes the role of Angel Cruz, which was previously played by Victor Rasuk, who has departed the production due to personal reasons.

In 50 days, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment will unleash Fifty Shades Darker Unrated Edition, plunging fans even deeper into the mesmerizing, hidden world of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele, as the year's hottest romance comes home on Digital HD on April 25, 2017 and on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray , DVD and On Demand, on May 9, 2017.

Jesse Eisenberg will make his directorial debut with the new television comedy BREAM GIVES ME HICCUPS.

Today, the studio has shared the first teaser featuring Jamie Dornan in the role of Christian Grey in the first of the upcoming installments titled Fifty Shades Darker.

Variety writes that the FIFTY SHADES OF GREY sequels -- FIFTY SHADES DARKER and FIFTY SHADES FREED -- will hit theaters February 10, 2017 and February 9, 2018.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, E.L. James' husband, Niall Leonard, has signed on to write the upcoming sequel to FIFTY SHADES OF GREY, titled FIFTY SHADES DARKER.

According to Variety, Sam Taylor-Johnson will not be directing FIFTY SHADES DARKER, the sequel to FIFTY SHADES OF GREY.
