DRAGONFLY STUDIO & PRODUCTIONS has announced the cast of the upcoming cabaret, CASUALTY OF LOVE!, the second installment from the series: CELEBRATE? DON'T MIND IF I DO! This fun look at relationships is in celebration of a holiday some of us have come to know all too well: Single's Awareness Day! When best to celebrate this holiday you ask? Well on Valentine's Day of course!

A DREAM IS A WISH! is the first installment of the new cabaret series entitled: CELEBRATE? DON'T MIND IF I DO! being produced by Dragonfly Studio & Productions located in Downtown Ocoee, FL. The Dragonfly production team is presenting a unique and innovative monthly series based on obscure or seldom celebrated holidays. The evening will be filled with hilarious yet poignant anecdotes surrounded by some of your favorite musical theater tunes!

SF Sketchfest presented by Audible announces the initial line up for the 18th annual San Francisco Comedy Festival January 10-27, 2019, featuring top comedic talent performing in venues across the city. Audiences can expect another outstanding year of programming and fun as SF Sketchfest will host major comedy stars and the best up-and-coming acts from around the world for non-stop entertainment including sketch, stand-up, alternative comedy, music, improv, films, tributes, live podcasts, storytelling, family shows, workshops, panels and more.

A Cabaret!" is the first of many new cabaret concepts scheduled to come to Dragonfly Studio 129! The Dragonfly production team is currently putting together a unique and innovative monthly series that will run through 2019. We are very excited to be kicking it off with this performance on Today, November 16th which will investigate subjects about life, love, and everything in between through song and fun anecdotes!

The Gary Plays - Extended through June 10: Fans of seminal playwright and Padua Hills Playwrights Festival founder Murray Mednick are in for a treat: Open Fist Theatre Company presents Mednick's entire "The Gary Plays" series in one epic production. Originated by Padua Playwrights and developed in workshops over a two-year period by Open Fist, "The Gary Plays" chronicles the odyssey of unemployed actor Gary Bean in the years following the random murder of his son. An everyman/anti-hero, Gary has been hailed by KCRW as "a sort of L.A. Leopold Bloom." Audiences can choose to follow his journey over the course of three evenings - or view all six plays on a single Sunday.
