Dragonfly Studio & Productions Presents A DREAM IS A WISH Cabaret
A Dream Is A Wish! is the first installment of the new cabaret series entitled: CELEBRATE? DON'T MIND IF I DO! being produced by Dragonfly Studio & Productions located in Downtown Ocoee, FL. The Dragonfly production team is presenting a unique and innovative monthly series based on obscure or seldom celebrated holidays. The evening will be filled with hilarious yet poignant anecdotes surrounded by some of your favorite musical theater tunes!
The January 18th performance will feature local talents such as: Elaine Pechacek, Alex Mrazek, Ashely Van Kirk, Ben Crane, Claudia Fain, Ellie Roddy, Julia Bevilacqua, and Lily E. Garnett. The evening will also feature Music Director, Jennifer Gray, as accompanist.
The cabaret will take place at Dragonfly Studio 129 (129 W. Mckey Street, Ocoee, FL 34761) on January 18th at 8:00pm. Tickets are $10 online or $15 at the door and doors open at 7:35 p.m. Beer, wine, and other refreshments will be available for purchase. In March of 2018, Pechacek opened the new Dragonfly Studio 129 venue in downtown Ocoee. The space currently houses private and group voice, piano, instrumental, composition, and audition/industry coaching workshops and lessons. The space is also open to area artists to rent for rehearsals, production meetings, table reads, master classes, productions, concerts etc.
"Dragonfly is a safe place to experiment and explore your artistic passions. It's a place where you can affordably get your works in front of audiences and get vital feedback. Once you have developed your ideas and have had time to incubate within our walls, then we launch you out into the community! Dream. Believe. Achieve!" says owner Elaine Pechacek.
