Range of Light presents the world premiere of David Sessions' dark comedy Two Fisted Love, a visiting production at the Odyssey Theatre. Opens February 3.

HB Studio, one of New York's most venerable institutions for theater training and practice, will host a Memorial Tribute to Earle Hyman. Formerly of HB's acting faculty, Mr. Hyman was a longtime HB friend. A brilliant actor, teacher and mentor, Mr. Hyman's career broke many boundaries, both in the United States and abroad. HB takes pride in honoring his legacy and invites friends, family, students, colleagues, and admirers to celebrate his life.

Ensemble Studio Theatre (EST) has announced three World Premiere productions for the EST 2018 season.

The 13th Street Repertory Theatre, continuing its exploration of unique and experimental performance art and theatre, opens next with 'Lovers, Letters, and Killers,' a new work performed and starring Eva Dorrepaalby. The work is directed by 13th Street Repertory Artistic Director, Joseph Battista, and is produced by Roslyn McKay.

Vintage hipsters, Austin Pendleton and Barbara Bleier, return to downtown's hideaway, Pangea, in December, with 'We Don't Remember Christmas.'

The Eli and Edythe Broad Stage in Santa Monica and Eva Price present Small Mouth Sounds by Drama Desk Award winner Bess Wohl (Pretty Filthy), and directed by Tony Award nominee Rachel Chavkin (Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812) for three weeks only, January 11 through 28 with a press opening on January 12.

MadLab's Ohio premiere production of And Then They Fell by Tira Palmquist will take place Fridays and Saturdays, Oct. 6 - 21, 2017, with a special preview performance on Thursday, Oct.5, at MadLab, 227 N. 3rd St., in Columbus. Admission is $18 for the general public, $15 for students and seniors and $13 for MadLab members. Tickets are available online at www.madlab.net.

Review: Victory Garden's Stunning FUN HOME

Award-winning and sector-leading London based theater company Frantic Assembly (Movement Direction, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time) visits NYC's HB Studio this Fall to teach a Physical Theater Masterclass. Frantic Assembly's widely studied method of devising theater from a physical starting point has been impacting theatrical practice for up to 24 years. The workshop, now enrolling, is scheduled for October 22, 2017.

Cal State Fullerton's 2017-2018 season opens with Frankenstein based on the novel by Mary Shelley, adapted by Bruce Goodrich and directed by CSUF Professor Maria Cominis, which runs September 29-October 15, 2017 in the Young Theatre on campus. Psychiatrist and Harvard Medical School associate professor Nancy Rappaport brings her new solo-show, Regeneration, to the 8th annual United Solo Festival on Theatre Row. The production is directed by Grace Kiley. After the first three performances sold-out, a fourth performance was added on Sunday, October 15 at 7:30 pm.

Samadahi Entertainment and The Lounge Theatre thrilled to present THE DREAMER EXAMINES HIS PILLOW with an all star cast of Scottie Thompson (The Blacklist, Graceland and NCIS), Sal Landi (How To Get Away With Murder, Scandal, Independents' Day), Ade M'Cormack (NCIS, Blood Diamond, 24). 

Antony Raymond's new play, Apartment 301, opened at the Access Theater in Tribeca last week. The World Premiere is being produced by the award-winning Elsinore County Theatre Company and is directed by Raymond. The company's previous plays have been recognized by the New York Innovative Theatre Awards and have received critical acclaim. Raymond's past productions include Pretty Babies, yeah, i met this girl…, JULIO!, and The Title Should Be Spoken Out Loud Around Three-Quarters In (Dream Up Festival 2016), among others.
