The Valentine's edition of It's Improvised at the 129! focuses on the theme of love as the Central Florida theater community explores the rewards and challenges of couples that are both performers. This month's special guests include couples Jamie and Daryl Black, Gina and John Hunter, Jodi Chase and John Pelky, Tiffany Anthony & Lucindo Teixeira, as well as Alexandra Love Sarton, owner of the COAL Space. Octane Entertainment has sold the action-packed, stick 'em up, whodunit caper Carter & June, from the producer of the cult hit Napoleon Dynamite, to Showtime Networks it was announced today by company president Jack Campbell. Showtime will offer the film On Demand February 1st, 2019 and air as part of premium programming February 7. The film played theatrically in New York, California and Texas in Summer 2018.

Northglenn Arts will launch its fifth a cappella concert series on January 18 with the Orlando-based, country-pop group Flight Scene. Performing at Disney Springs, Universal Studios and various cruise lines, the group banded together to go a cappella and perform the music they love simply with voice only. Most recently, Flight Scene released a music video covering Jon Pardi's Dirt on My Boots, which brings their own blend and vocal touch to this number one country single.
