Magic and family fun ring in the holiday season as Syracuse Stage presents the classic musical Mary Poppins, Nov. 26 to Jan. 8 at the Archbold Theatre in the Syracuse Stage/SU Drama Complex at 820 E. Genesee St.

The exuberant cast of BYE BYE BIRDIE will 'spread sunshine all over the place' in this summertime sensation directed by Jenn Thompson. Ms. Thompson's new take on this youthful classic includes two new songs, 'BYE BYE BIRDIE' from the 1963 film and 'A Mother Doesn't Matter Anymore' from the 1995 television presentation along with crisp new dance arrangements by accomplished composer of Broadway, film and television David Krane. Kidz Theater will present it's fall Mainstage Musical, Cabaret, music by John Kander & Fred Ebb, book by Joe Masteroff, directed by Kristen Caesar. Cabaret stars a cast of New York City's most talented professional young performers, including Jenny Mollet of Broadway's The Color Purple. The production runs today, November 9th-18th.
