Fresh and glorious to behold, with bold, impressive stagecraft and truly innovative and imaginative costume design. There are frequent moments of awe and breathtaking sprinkles of magic. Although it feels off to me in some of its performance and art direction choices, this is a remarkable and stunningly visual production.

John was directing this summer's production of JULIUS CAESAR set to open July 21st. The show will go on with the festival's founder stepping in to bring his colleague's vision to the stage.
If American Horror Story decided to do a season set in the time of ancient mythical English kings, you would get Julia Rodriguez-Elliott's King Lear. I highly recommend this eerie interpretation of one of Shakespeare's most produced works.
