BIRDLAND will present drag legend Coco Peru in the new show “Bitter Bothered & Beyond!” for two special performances. The first show at Birdland Jazz Club on Monday, March 21 at 7:00 PM quickly sold out, so an encore performance has been added for Tuesday, March 22 at 8:30 PM downstairs at the Birdland Theater.

The British multi award-winning singer, actor and entertainer, Richard Shelton will release the new album 'An Englishman in Love in LA' in April. Featuring five original songs, three pop classics and eight celebrated jazz standards, 'An Englishman in Love in LA' is an extensive body of work inspired by Shelton's decision to begin a new life in Los Angeles.

Broadway star and Tony Award winner Lillias White will stream her concert live from the Crazy Coqs stage in London on BroadwayWorld Events. She will be accompanied by the internationally celebrated artist Billy Stritch on piano. The concert will take place on April 16th at 2 PM ET.

Keith Cooper, Executive Director of The Gateway Playhouse in Somers Point,NJ, will retire from that position on Sunday April 3rd . March 2022 at The Nash will feature some incredible jazz artists inlcuding saxophonist Melissa Aldana on March 26 who will be performing with the SCC Jazz Orchestra as well as her quartet.

The New York Pops is welcoming seven new musicians to its orchestra: violinists Monica K. Davis, Keats Dieffenbach, Joshua Henderson, and Ashley Horne, and violists Amadi Azikiwe, Dana Kelley, and Ardith Holmgrain.

Lisa Dawn Miller who manages the legacy song catalogue of legendary songwriter, Ron Miller (1932-2007) announced she has signed a new publishing agreement with Sony Music Publishing to administer her father's songs. The new deal expands upon a decades-long partnership between the Miller songs and Sony Music Publishing.
